2. Rare roast beef with horseradish mustard, sliced onions and vine tomatoes
3. Sweet chili and lime prawns, with salad in a wrap
4. Mature cheddar and my caramelised onion relish on white bloomer
5. Salmon fillet with lemon mayo on wholewheat bread.
6. Roasted vegetable sandwich (peppers red, yellow, orange and green, zucchini (courgette) and onions on granary bread.
7. 2 egg omlette stuffed with ham and cheese on a soft bap
8. Lamb kebab meat with garlic and lemon peel, mint and rosemary in a pitta bread with salad and chili sauce
9. Creamed mixed mushrooms with toasted ciabatta
10. Hot roast pork, sage and onion stuffing, applesauce on a big crusty roll
Freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, various teas, coffee or hot chocolate to drink
Strawberry cheesecake or toffee fudge cake
Kettle chips……….
Number 8 or Number 10 please. Freshly squeezed orange juice and a peppermint tea. strawberry cheese cake oh some kettle chips would be marvellous.
