Can I obtain a degree in culinary arts AND baking and pastries?
What school would enable me to do this? Thank you.
Yes. You start in culinary and can do a concentration/specialize in pastry. (Nice choice, everyone around here is looking for pastry chefs,) Try the Culinary Institute of America or Johnson & Wales. Those are about the top two schools.
